- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst experience of my life trying to get year end reports for 2011. Called 4 times and keep getting put to a voice mail to Erma. I asked John who is the Customer Service for the Blue Team if I could hold for Erma he said NO and when I tried to explain I was at work he hung up on me and now won't answer his phone no. Not sure what to do other than go in person. Keith what happened to Customer Service. Just got a call from Keith who informed me that Scott Schroder the VP said they have the information but are not interested in releasing it to me.
